Becca Dougan was Zerona today. She helped us with the calendar. :) We had PE. We started a new Junie B. book. We ate lunch. JT was our Oz Some Sport of the Day. Laura and Erik M. were our room checkers. We opened our classroom store. It was our 153rd day of school. TJ and his dad went to Burger King for lunch. Nora's mom came for lunch. Eric Lo was our mailbox helper. We went to the computer lab. We had guidance. Owen was our room helper today. Owen is going on a new bus today. Owen is moving this weekend. He will still go to our school. JT was our sound crown greeter. Gabi is going to KTC now. Our Earth buddies are growing. Tomorrow is a new month. We had free choice centers. We had a good day! :)

We are meeting with our buddies today. It was our 152nd day of school. We had art class. We had center time. We ate snacks. We wrote the news. We finished a Junie B. book today. Owen was a student reader. We ate lunch. JT read to the class. We did a project with our buddies. (It's top ssecret!) :) Riley was our line leader. Sneha was our line backer. Pete was a student reader. Keegan read to the class today. Eli was our room helper. We had outdoor recess. We had a great day! :)

We had outside recess. Pete was our line leader. Patrick was our line backer. Some students need to bring snacks for snack time. We wrote the news. We had student readers. We read a chapter in Junie B. Pete was OZsome Sport of the Day. :) Today was our 150th day of school. We stretched out a chain link for everyday. It was LONG! Laura was our sound crown greeter. Eric Lo read us a funny book for student readers. We have red worms and earth worms in our classroom. We got their containers ready today. We had centers. Our Earth buddies are growing! They needed sunshine. We did our buzz book. It was a great day! :)

We wrote in our journals. Logan was our line leader. Gabi was our room helper. Becca and JT were our room checkers. We ate lunch. We had inside recess.
We had student readers. Becca read to the class. We have a new cheer. It is from India. It is called Sneha's Cheer Stick. :) Becca was the first one to use it. We had centers. We did some math story problems. We went to music class. We had snacks and listened to a story about trees. Riley shared for star of the week time. It was a great day in kindergarten. :)

Thursday, April 22nd...Earth Day :)
We made Earth Buddies. We put dirt and grass seeds in them. They got water and are waiting to grow with some sunshine. :) We had a recycling center. We made some cool projects! We made a paper mache model of the Earth. It was a MESSY project! We had double center time today for our star party. Bella was our room helper. Zoey was our line backer. Nora was our line leader. It was our 147th day of school. We had outside recess today. We had 4th grade buddy time. We made flowers with straws and our handprints. We went on a nature walk and read outside with our buddies. Pete and Riley were our room checkers. Emma was our mailbox helper. Erik M. was our calendar helper. We ate lunch. We had student readers. We had snacks and read some books about Earth Day. We had a good day! :)

Wednesday, April 21st
We had music class. We had library class. We had outside recess. We ate lunch. Natalie's mom came to read to us. She stayed for lunch. We had center time. We had student readers. We sang a song to our secretaries at Horizon. We made a BIG sunshine for them. Today was our 146th day of school. We told some math story problems. We have two new sight words on our word wall. Tomorrow is Earth Day. We are supposed to bring some items from home for our recycling center station. We started making Earth buddies today. Tomorrow we are going to plant.
